Food Production Assistant
To work in our Slough store

As a Food Production Assistant, you will have to work closely with a small team to ensure our food production is efficient, HACCP compliant and all food is made to a high standard. You will have experience working with food production equipment and a good understanding of the general health and safety and food safety practices which are essential in food production. 
 

What will you do?

• Work on all stages of the production line and meet production targets
• Following health and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
• Following production guidelines and specifications
• Finalising and packaging products for shipment to other Mleczko stores
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty
• Performing other tasks as assigned

What will you need?
 

• Production work experience (familiar with making pierogi and/or croquettes)
• Health and Safety knowledge and ability to comply with the process
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as a team is essential

Working hours: 40 hours Monday-Sunday
