Positions and Roles:

1. Experienced Baker (1 Position):
   • Lead the bakery production of fresh bread, pastries, and hot food to go
   • Oversee the preparation of sweet and savoury items, including traditional custard slices and pasties
   • Ensure high-quality standards in taste, texture, and presentation
   • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety guidelines
2. Junior Bakers (2 Positions):
   • Assist in the preparation and baking of fresh bread, sandwiches, and hot food to go
   • Support the production of signature sweet and savoury bakery items
   • Learn to operate bakery equipment and manage stock levels
   • Follow instructions from the Experienced Baker and management to run the store efficiently

Requirements:
