£11 to £14 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will help your Store Manager to:
Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
• Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes
• Daily Cashing up
• Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.
• Meeting all KPIs / Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage)
• Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.
• Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Refunds and Exchanges
• Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office
