Tradesperson - Full Time

Mleczko Delikatesy are recruiting a Tradesperson to join their team, who is based in London, or the surrounding counties, willing to work flexibly and on average 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone with high energy and a willingness to learn, to join our maintenance team and support our friendly maintenance manager.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is skilled with their hands to further their development and learn a variety of trades. The role involves completing planned and reactive maintenance activities across the company. The successful candidate will be efficient and take the initiative to develop their knowledge of different trades. The successful candidate will work well within a small team and be open to constructive feedback on their performance.

Skills and Experience:
- Full UK Driving licence
- Fluency in English or Polish
- Hands-on maintenance experience (domestic experience is also acceptable)
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- To work efficiently in an organised manner, completing tasks on time and to the highest standards
- Must be reliable and able to self-motivate as this is sometimes a lone working role
- To be reactive to challenges with a good problem-solving mindset
- A flexible approach to work, there will be the necessity that occasionally requires you to assist other parts of the business
- Customer-focused and courteous, communicate clearly and always look to exceed the internal customer's expectations
- Complying with H&S policy and procedure, satisfy requirements for legal compliance

Roles & Responsibilities 
As a Tradesperson, you will:
• Demonstrate experience in plumbing, electric and general handyman skills
• Respond to breakdowns, repairs and planned maintenance activities
• Ensure that all H&S procedures, engineering best practice are adhered to at all times
• Help to create a positive H&S environment through corrective maintenance
• Prepared to work nightshifts
• Installation of new equipment

Salary: £25.000 depending on experience and interview
