Head Chef

Duties * Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment. * Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. * Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. * Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen. * Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all dishes served. * Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques and best practices. * Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure seamless kitchen operations. * Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Experience * Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role within a busy kitchen environment. * Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, with excellent team management skills. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. * Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. * A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
