1. Creating an account and authenticating the User on the Service

The scope of data we collect from you includes: username, email address, and the password you set. This data is obtained through the registration form.
a) Services that do not require account registration
List of services: In the service, there are services for which account registration is not required, such as responding to posted advertisements, browsing advertisements, searching for advertisements using the search engine available on the site, and posting advertisements.

The scope of data we collect from you includes data about your activity on the service, particularly data regarding advertisements you have visited, session data, operating system, browser, location, and IP address.
b) Services that require account creation
List of services: In the service, to use the full range of services and functionalities, you must have an active user account. The user's account includes messages related to advertisements placed by you, invoices, or the status of purchased packages.
Legal basis: "processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract" (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The scope of data we collect from you includes data provided by you in your user profile and data about your activity on the service, particularly data regarding advertisements you have visited, session data, operating system, browser, location, and IP address.
Mandatory data is indicated by our system, and failing to provide it will result in the inability to provide specific services and account functionalities.

Handling and execution of complaints and claims
Legal basis: "processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child" (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The scope of data we collect from you includes data provided in the User Profile, data regarding the use of our services if complaints or claims related to services we provide are submitted, and other data necessary to demonstrate the existence of a claim.
In case of attaching documentation to a submitted complaint or claim, data from these documents will be necessary.

III. Whom do we share your data with?
Your data is only shared for the following purposes:

We do not administer your data; we only mediate in their exchange.

These entities support the provision of services related to User Account functionality.
In each case, if you desire, we are obliged to provide copies of standard contractual clauses.
State Authorities, Law Enforcement, Supervisory Authorities, and Others: Since we have legal obligations, your data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities, supervisory bodies, entities performing public tasks, public authorities, and authorities acting on their behalf, such as the organizational units of the prosecutor's office, the Police, the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.
New Business Buyers: If we decide to sell our assets or the entire business, your data may be transferred to the new buyer. In such a case, the buyer will have the right to use your personal data as specified in this policy.

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

IV. How do we ensure the security of your data?
All collected personal data is stored on adequately secured servers. Your data is protected by internal personal data protection procedures and implemented security systems. Our systems are continuously monitored to prevent situations such as accidental loss, disclosure, or unauthorized access to data.
Furthermore, your personal data used during registration and login use encrypted data transmission (SSL). This allows for the protection of identification data and minimizes the risk of unauthorized entities or third parties intercepting access to your Account.

V. Data Retention Period for Your Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for as long as you have an account on the Service and solely for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the Regulations and for marketing purposes.

After deleting your account on the Service, your data may be stored for the fulfillment of legal obligations or for legally justified interests. Regardless of the above, personal data processed within the context of posted content (advertisements) are stored for a period of 24 months from the expiration or deletion of the advertisement.

Personal data related to Cookies are stored for a period corresponding to the life cycle of the Cookies or until you delete them yourself.

Attachments sent in messages through the Service are stored for 36 months. Regardless of the above, you can delete any messages related to an advertisement in our service at any time.

VI. Your Rights in Connection with Data Processing
In accordance with the new regulations, every User has rights related to the processing of your personal data. At any time, you have the right to exercise the following rights:

1. Right to restrict the processing of your data - the right to suspend the processing of your personal data by us.
2. Right to access your personal data - the right to information regarding the processing of your personal data and, at the time of processing, to receive a copy of your personal data.
3. Right to rectify your personal data - if your data is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, you have the right to correct them. Some changes may require verification.
4. Right to be forgotten - this right allows you to delete all data that has been collected in our database about you if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
5. Right to withdraw consent - at any time, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given when performing certain actions, such as registration or any services and functionalities offered by pracuj.uk. Changes to your consents cannot have any consequences, but withdrawing them may prevent further use of the service or functionalities that require the revoked consent under Article 7(3) GDPR.
6. Right to object to the use of data - at any time, you have the right to object to the use of your personal data by us. Objection to data usage will also mean your resignation from receiving notifications related to the provision of available services on the platform and when sending marketing communications in the form of email messages about implemented products. Objection may result in the deletion of your data if we do not have another legal basis for processing your data in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
7. Right to data portability - If you wish, you have the right to receive your data that has been collected by us and send it to another personal data controller. Upon your request, this data will be sent by us, provided that technical feasibility exists for such transmission. In this case, the data collected by us will be transmitted as a file saved in a commonly used format (e.g., CSV) and sent directly to the designated data controller in accordance with Article 20 GDPR.
